Last day of school fun!
2nd grade end of year book reports enabled the students to pick an activity based on their interests!
We had 2 teams entered into the tournament on Table Rock Lake on Sunday, May 5th. Corbin Collins and Grant Nicholson caught 4 fish weighing in at 10.20 lbs and Braden Nicholson and Chance Rose caught 3 fish weighing in at 6.08 lbs. We’re waiting on results to see if Braden and Chance will qualify for the finals in June. Go Blue Jays!
2023-2024 Sophomore Exhibitions

We spent the day in MSU’s very own One room Schoolhouse. Mrs. Flanders taught the students about what it was like to live and learn 100 years ago.
The 2nd grade class created a city of their own in Social Studies class.
In April, the 2nd grade class entertained and practiced their public speaking skills by performing 5 fairly fractured fairytales.

Ms. Borneman hosted a cupcake and ice cream party for fourth and fifth grade students that read and reported on four or more of the books nominated for the 2023-24 Mark Twain Award or Truman Award . The three students that read the most nominated titles were Hanna Coutchie, Victoria Guo, and Ella Robinson. Congratulations to these students, along with all our other top readers!
